Yes! The Yogi Seat is designed so that you can adjust the height of the smaller seat cushion and the lower butterfly cushion to suit your height and flexibility. This ensures that the Yogi Seat fits perfectly for all imaginable body types and all common workspaces. It is advisable to adjust the overall height so that your elbows are slightly above the level of your work surface, so your shoulders are relaxed and your wrists are slightly lower than your elbows.

Adjustment options: The lower seat platform can be adjusted in height between 42 cm and 52 cm. The upper seat cushion can be raised between 10 and 22 cm from this platform.
