Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customized or personalized items are completely excluded from return. In addition, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require an informal notice of return via email. After that, please send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items and Custom Orders

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and custom-made products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged from the factory.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ArtfulSeating@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please send it to:
Allmandring 15, Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, 70569, Germany.
Use the original packaging and sufficient padding to protect the item from damage during shipping.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
