
Opinion on the cross-legged chair: The Yogi Seat in the test

I'm Nadia and I'd like to share my personal journey with you and tell you how the YogiSeat cross-legged chair has turned my everyday work life upside down.
As a young woman with a hectic lifestyle and an office job, I spend most of my day sitting. But I've always had trouble finding comfortable positions on conventional chairs.
